Extended Warranty and Terms and Services

Get 90 days warranty on all watches Take advantage of the great warranties we offer. It's a great idea to have an extended warranty for your watch, just in case if anything ever happens to it. Learn to protect your investment and have the peace of mind, of knowing your watch will always be safe.

All watches come with a (90) day warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers the movement on the watch and day/date mechanism (if applicable) only, repairs and labours where applicable.

It does not cover any damage from customer abuse, normal wear and tear, or damage done to the stem or clasps. We cannot be held responsible for damage done to the stem (crown), glass or clasps. Or for parts that you lost.

It does not cover the following:

  • Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include water damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the gold, etc.). Although the watches are water-resistant to a certain degree, we suggest keeping it away from water whenever possible, and make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so moisture does not get in.
  • Although the gold plating is very thick, we cannot determine how you will wear the watch. Therefore the plating of the gold or silver is not covered by the warranty. However, Swiss models are triple wrapped models, therefore causing them to last forever.
  • Watches cannot be tampered with in any way. All watch cases are installed with a tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watchcase and the seal is broken, all return policies are void for the watch. Please do not have any other jewelers work on the watch or open it up.
  • If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value.
  • Please do not insure your return. Send USPS with delivery confirmation only, as this is traceable.
  • Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product.
  • The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired/exchanged.
  • Lost or stolen parts.
  • Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
  • Minor time differences, such as losing or gaining a few minutes of time.
  • Returns/Refunds/7 day money-back guarantee

All of our watches come with an extensive 7 days money-back guarantee during which you can return the watch for a FULL refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

10% restocking fee - In order for us to be able to offer our 7 day money-back guarantee we need to keep 10% of the item's price, this is to cover the bank's commission fees for authorizing, charging and refunding your credit card. Please know that we do not keep that 10% for us, this is just to cover bank commissions.

Please be aware that shipping charges are your responsibility and they are not refundable or reimbursed.

RETURNED ITEMS must be NEW and UNUSED, and in unworn condition.

New and Unused- means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, with the protective plastic still around the band (for stainless steel bands), lost or stolen parts (screws, clasps, stems), damage due to personal misuse or negligence: there are no signs of wear on the product at all.

The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that has been used.

It is very important that you include a note or a print out saying what is wrong with the watch, or what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your email, date and form of payment and a phone number. This will speed up the process!

Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges and insurance) on all returns or exchanges, unless your warranty says otherwise.

We strongly recommend you use a reliable carrier for your returns, tracking number and insurance are very important in case of a late or lost package. If you ship from the US and wish to use USPS, please ship either with Signature Confirmation or Delivery Confirmation AND Insurance!

We cannot be responsible for watches damaged/lost in the way when you return them to us.

We will only issue a refund/credit after we have received the original watch.

You cannot return a watch after you have used it.

Refunds are ONLY applicable for brand new/unused items.

For refunds, please allow up to 7 - 14 business days after receipt of the product for refund to appear on charge card, this time is determined by the bank where your card was issued.

Fraudulent Chargebacks We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. Should you fraudulently charge back your credit card we will automatically charge you a $50 processing fee plus the maximum amount of damages allowed by law. Furthermore, we will dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation and report the fraudulent chargeback to law enforcement authorities and related financial agencies.

Should we be unable to collect this fee we may report your account to a collection agency (damaging your credit) to collect it for us.

Customers who prematurely issue chargebacks for non-delivery, mis-delivery, order cancellation, refund, exchange, etc. without working through us or the delivery carrier, etc. are also liable for chargeback fees. Failure to reverse a premature chargeback will result in us turning the account over to collections including a $50 chargeback fee and applicable collection fees and fines as allowed by law.

Chargebacks should be the last line of customer protection used in obviously fraudulent situations. Quickly posting a chargeback or threatening to post a chargeback against us for shipping mishaps, etc or situations out of our control - could be a costly decision if used frivolously - and because of our business ethics and customer care programs - should never be necessary. Always work with us on issues - we are more than happy to help as possible.

Acceptance By purchasing any of our items, you acknowledge reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions and you represent, warrant and agree that you are not in violation of our terms of use listed on this page. You further agree that, should you violate any of these terms you will cause us damages equal to or greater than the amount of your current purchase, which will be forfeited.
